I love it. It is an useful app for the regular traveler but I have problems with some languages, Italian and German don't have any sound in the highest levels. But it is great!

Latest update too large for my iPhone. How do I get my money back?

I just went on a trip that included Milan, Italy, Budapest Hungary and Frankfurt Germany – this app worked GREAT. I was able to find the basic items in each language and hear the native speaker. I had downloaded other apps for Japanese and Chinese – now that all of this works under one app – I deleted the others! The audio clips are high quality and loud enough to play for people without straining to hear. Would love to see future features like full-screen views of the foreign word (to show to the cab driver/waiter) or a button to slow down the audio – but for this price, this app is a HUGE BARGAIN!

I use this app a LOT & the translations are dead on. I have had Thai, Hungarian & Russian people tell me that they thought I must have lived in their countries for some time because my pronunciation was so good. Some of the languages are missing English spellings (like Bulgarian), but even without it the audio is very helpful. English spellings would be greatly appreciated as Bulgarian is a difficult language for most English-speakers. I would love to see more languages added. I realize this would mean using up more space on your device, maybe giving users the ability to choose which languages they want to store on their device could be an option? Languages I run across a lot & would love to see - Romanian, Indonesian, Tagalog, Serbian, Croatian & Indian.

This product has good pictures. The subject categories seem satisfactory. The number of language options is extensive. In response to the capacity utilization due to multiple languages, the developer could equip a top 5 preference and only store limited data on the phone. With the iCloud, downloading a new language or updating the language preference should be quick and easy. In any event, this is a useful travel buddy for backpacking across Europe.

Looking forward to updates for more functionalities.

This is a very good app for anyone trying to learn a language. It would be useful, however, if you could select a default language or languages from the beginning and not have all the other languages taking up space on your device.

Software crashes :( For sure the seller wrote the 5star reviews himself!!! :(

This is how iPhone app should be like: simple, useful and addictive. Best $4,99 I've spent in a long time.

This app is very accurate and moreover it includes many languages. Added to that, you can even listen to words' pronounciation in the language you desire. The data is large including many fields such as banks or hotels. But, I would say, this app lacks of precise useful sentences a stranger would need while abroad. All in all, it seems to be in a way a must-have, but it might develop a bit more to reach perfection.

A good app which is very simple to use. The app is very well done and the design is ok. I really enjoyed using it. Moreover, this one is fast and clear. It fulfills its task ! I would recommend it to all.

It's very clever approach for language learning. A lot of great exercises like multiple choice and voice recognition.

I travel a lot for business, and I am not a native speaker of the various countries I visit. Finding a way to communicate key phrases in the places I frequent is essential. When I purchased this app I was unsure what to expect; if it offered minimal help, a popular phrase here of there, then it would worth the price. Travel Interpreter far exceeded my expectations: the app has an unbelievable number of phrases - in a ton of languages! - and is easy to use. Very easy to use. In fact, in two cities people asked me (in English) how found the right phrase at the right moment. Thank you, Travel Interpreter. And, as someone who has tried competing products and fumbled my way through foreign dictionaries, I can attest to the superior features - and helpful illustrations - of Travel Interpreter. This app is a winner!

This has more languages than I would have expected in a language conversion app. It's a little on the expensive side, but seems worth it if you travel on a regular basis. It has A LOT (really, A LOT!) of commonly used phrases and words that could be really useful. I really like the fact that it will say them as well as show you the words. You can try to pronounce them on your own with the examples they give. It might be nice to break the app into several apps with fewer languages built in to make it more affordable. Most people won't need all the different languages that this app offers, and it might make the app more appealing to charge less and only offer what someone really needs instead of everything all in one app I would recommend this app at any rate as is. It's a pretty nice and useful app.

Takes a while to download but worth having all the data on the phone and not Internet only. Key phrases pronounced and written out in the language and phonetically.

This app is very handy and useful. Would like to see more languages as well.
