This app has pretty much everything you need to say while you are traveling. It is also very useful if you enjoy learning new languages too. The only negative aspect I would point is that some audios are too fast. It is hard to understand and repeat them. The app could have a control to change the speed of the audio.

The best phrases app I found. (I tried ten or so) - many languages - each language has plenty categories with many very useful phrases - good audio quality - native speakers - nice and helpful illustration - good functionality - very cheap- less than 10€ for all(!) languages in a bargain pack -> very good deal - I am happy - thanks a lot! :-)

i bought it for my parents to learn English, but it is English to chinese. can i set it as Chinese to English?

To such a low price you get a phrase book in 33 different languages! All included in the first price paid. And no in-app prices asked later. The application is very easy to use. It has several words, phrases and sentences in different categories and their translations, which you can hear from native speakers voices. In order to check the quality of the translations and the speakers pronunciations, I listened to the lesson in Turkish, which is my native language, and I can say that it is good enough. There are only very few misleading or confusing translations, and the accent of the speaker represents only one region, which is different from mine and which is not totally "natural", but as I said, I think it is good enough. Thanks a lot for providing such a nice application to such a suitable price. I love learning languages and observing similarities and differences in them and this application gives me the chance not only to improve my Spanish and Slovak but also compare 33 different languages!

This app is very handy and useful. Would like to see more languages as well.

Takes a while to download but worth having all the data on the phone and not Internet only. Key phrases pronounced and written out in the language and phonetically.

This has more languages than I would have expected in a language conversion app. Its a little on the expensive side, but seems worth it if you travel on a regular basis. It has A LOT (really, A LOT!) of commonly used phrases and words that could be really useful. I really like the fact that it will say them as well as show you the words. You can try to pronounce them on your own with the examples they give. It might be nice to break the app into several apps with fewer languages built in to make it more affordable. Most people wont need all the different languages that this app offers, and it might make the app more appealing to charge less and only offer what someone really needs instead of everything all in one app I would recommend this app at any rate as is. Its a pretty nice and useful app.

I travel a lot for business, and I am not a native speaker of the various countries I visit. Finding a way to communicate key phrases in the places I frequent is essential. When I purchased this app I was unsure what to expect; if it offered minimal help, a popular phrase here of there, then it would worth the price. Travel Interpreter far exceeded my expectations: the app has an unbelievable number of phrases - in a ton of languages! - and is easy to use. Very easy to use. In fact, in two cities people asked me (in English) how found the right phrase at the right moment. Thank you, Travel Interpreter. And, as someone who has tried competing products and fumbled my way through foreign dictionaries, I can attest to the superior features - and helpful illustrations - of Travel Interpreter. This app is a winner!

This is the most entertaining way of studying a language. Just used it for Spanish and Italian.

Its very clever approach for language learning. A lot of great exercises like multiple choice and voice recognition.

A good app which is very simple to use. The app is very well done and the design is ok. I really enjoyed using it. Moreover, this one is fast and clear. It fulfills its task ! I would recommend it to all.

This app is very accurate and moreover it includes many languages. Added to that, you can even listen to words pronounciation in the language you desire. The data is large including many fields such as banks or hotels. But, I would say, this app lacks of precise useful sentences a stranger would need while abroad. All in all, it seems to be in a way a must-have, but it might develop a bit more to reach perfection.
